1. Scope of Work
The Client has purchased a custom Single Logo Design and Polymailer Bag Design package from Caila Moorer / Caibrands LLC.
This is a custom digital service project.
2. Payment Confirmation
The Client acknowledges that payment has been submitted and the project is officially secured.
By submitting this form, the Client confirms that all terms within this Agreement apply to the completed transaction.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of the services, all sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is approximately 7–9 business days.
5. Revisions Policy
This project includes two free rounds of minor revisions.
6. Agreement to Terms
