All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of design, video, and web services, no refunds are issued once booked or work has begun.

• Deposits/retainers are non-refundable.
• Change of mind or switching directions does not qualify for a refund.
• Use your included revisions to refine the project.

If timelines or scope change mid-project, we’ll adjust with add-ons, extra revisions, or a redesign quote — not a refund.

Revisions are small edits such as text changes, color tweaks, or minor layout adjustments.

• Most services include up to 3 revisions.
• Additional revisions are billed at $10–$20 per revision depending on complexity (including videos).
• Edits must be requested in a consolidated list per round to keep projects on track.

Requests that change the entire concept are considered a redesign (see Redesign Policy).

A redesign means changing the whole concept after a direction is chosen.

• Examples: new creative direction, new layout, different brand style.
• Redesigns are billed as a new project and will affect timelines.

Final ownership transfers to the client once the project is paid in full.

• You receive usage rights for the final deliverables for your brand and marketing.
• Working files (PSD/AI/AEP, etc.) are not included unless licensed separately.
• I may showcase finished work in my portfolio or reels unless otherwise agreed.

Stock fonts, music, or footage may require separate third-party licenses.

This store is powered by Shopify. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its partners; I do not store your card details.

All designs, drafts, and final files are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, tracing, reselling, or reposting is prohibited.

• Infringements may result in DMCA takedowns, licensing invoices, or legal action.
• Attribution does not equal permission — written consent is required before using my work.

Standard turnaround: 7–20 business days from project start (not including weekends/holidays).

• Rushed services: billed at 2× price.
• Next-day delivery available for eligible services (no same-day).
• Delays in feedback or approvals extend timelines.
