DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Design Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

1. Scope of Services
The Client is purchasing the following custom branding and design services from the Service Provider:

3. Payment Terms
By submitting payment and signing this Agreement, the Client agrees that:
• All payments made are non-refundable
• Deposits secure the project and pricing
• No files, concepts, drafts, or website access will be released until payment is completed in full
4. Turnaround Time
Turnaround time begins only after full payment is received and all required assets, branding information, photos, text, and materials are submitted by the Client.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. 20–25 business days.
5. Revisions
The Client is entitled to one (1) round of minor revisions per design deliverable included in this project.
Minor revisions include text edits, color changes, font changes, small sizing/alignment adjustments, replacing provided images, and minor layout tweaks that do not alter the original concept or structure.
Minor revisions do not include full redesigns, new concepts after approval, changing the entire creative direction, rebuilding pages or designs from scratch, adding additional content not originally provided, or major website restructuring.
6. Refund & Chargeback Policy
Due to the custom nature of branding and digital design services:
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals are prohibited once payment is submitted
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary logos, product information, photos/videos, branding direction, text/content, and login credentials if applicable.
8. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
Final approved files and website ownership will transfer to the Client upon full payment completion.
The Service Provider reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Agreement
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
I understand the project total is $1,050 USD.
I understand turnaround time is 20–25 business days.
I understand all payments are non-refundable.
I understand revisions are limited to small edits only.
