1. Project scope
Designer will create one video edit using the Client’s supplied footage, photos, branding, copy, and approved creative direction. Requested length, aspect ratio, music, transitions, and text treatment will be confirmed from the design form before production. Filming, additional video versions, new concepts, and editable project files are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Investment & payment
The agreed service price is $450.00 less a 10% discount ($45.00), for a total of $405.00 USD. Payment of $405.00 has been completed for this project. No further payment is due for the agreed scope. Extra work and its price must be approved in writing before it begins.
3. Turnaround
Turnaround is 4–6 business days after all information and materials have been submitted, including this signed agreement, completed design form, accessible photos and footage, final wording, brand assets, and music direction. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Missing files, inaccessible links, delayed responses, revisions, or scope changes may extend the schedule; Designer will communicate any revised timing. A requested event date is not a rush-service guarantee.
4. Client materials & permissions
Client must provide usable files, accurate wording, and permission to use all supplied photos, footage, logos, music, and other materials, including any necessary permissions for people appearing in the video. Client will identify confidential content or restrictions. Low-resolution or damaged source files may limit final quality.
5. Music & third-party assets
A song request communicates a preference and does not establish permission to use that song. Music and other third-party assets must be licensed or otherwise permitted for the intended use, including paid advertising where applicable. If a requested track cannot be used, the parties will agree on an alternative. Licensing fees require Client approval. Platform copyright checks and audio availability are outside Designer’s control.
6. Revisions & approvals
Reasonable refinements within the original approved direction are handled according to the purchased scope. Client should send one consolidated feedback list. A new concept, replacement footage after editing begins, additional lengths or formats, or changes after final approval may require a separate quote and additional time. Designer will confirm any added fees before proceeding. Client is responsible for proofreading names, dates, captions, contact information, and all other text before approval.
7. Delivery & usage
The final deliverable is an exported MP4 video in the agreed dimensions. Editable working files are excluded unless separately agreed. Upon full payment, Client may use the approved final video for the agreed purposes, subject to any third-party licenses. No specific sales, views, enrollment, or engagement results are guaranteed. Public portfolio use of Client materials requires Client permission.
8. Cancellation & concerns
Client should notify Designer promptly in writing of any cancellation or concern. Payment and refund terms follow the agreed invoice or booking policy, subject to applicable law. Both parties will attempt to resolve concerns directly and in good faith. Any changes to the project scope or this agreement must be confirmed in writing.
9. Electronic acceptance
By checking the agreement boxes and submitting, Client accepts these terms electronically. Client may type their name below to include a cursive signature with the agreement. A copy of the agreement text, signature, and submission timestamp will accompany the form submission.
