Designer agrees to create five (5) custom static flyer designs and one (1) animated video design, using the individual briefs submitted by Client. The video is included in the agreed package and requires no additional selection here. Extra flyers, additional videos, alternate sizes or concepts, and editable source files are not included unless agreed in writing.

The standard turnaround is two (2) business days after BOTH full payment is received AND all five flyer briefs, the video brief, exact wording, photos, logos, links and other necessary materials are received and confirmed complete by Designer. Sending this form alone does not start the clock if required items or payment are missing. Designer will confirm when the production window begins. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays. The timeline refers to delivery of the initial designs, not unlimited revisions or final approval.

Missing materials, delayed replies, changes in creative direction, and circumstances outside reasonable control may extend the schedule. Designer will notify Client of any change and confirm a revised expected delivery date.

Client will supply clear specifications and reference images and review proofs promptly. Designer will make reasonable in-scope corrections as agreed in writing. New flyer concepts, extensive rework, major changes after approval, or additional deliverables may require additional fees approved before work continues. Specific revision counts are not promised by this form.

Service price and payment method are governed by the agreed invoice or proposal, not this questionnaire. Payment must be completed before production begins. Payments are final to the extent permitted by law once work has begun. A change of mind or dislike of a subjective design style alone does not entitle Client to a refund. Designer will address any failure to provide the agreed services consistent with applicable law. An unused service exchange may be offered at Designer’s discretion in writing; it is not guaranteed.

Client is responsible for providing accurate dates, prices, names, promotional claims and other wording, and warrants they have permission to use any uploaded assets. Client should carefully proofread final designs before publication. Once fully paid, Client may use approved final deliverables for their business, subject to third-party licenses. Designer retains ownership of working files and pre-existing design methods unless separately agreed.

The parties will use the contact information supplied to discuss briefs, approvals, and changes. Any modifications to the package, deadline, or fees must be confirmed in writing by both parties. Client understands that submission of incomplete material can delay scheduling.

By typing their full legal name, checking the agreement box and submitting this form, Client electronically signs and accepts this agreement. Designer’s pre-entered signature identifies CaiBrands LLC’s acceptance of these stated terms; any later changes must be agreed in writing. Form submission details may be retained as evidence of the agreement.
