1 Parties and project
This agreement is between CAIBrands LLC, represented by Caila Moorer (Designer), and Mysty Renee, doing business as TouchedByMysty (Client). It covers creative design and launch support for Operation 28 / The Great 28 Heist, scheduled for November 2-4, 2026. The effective date is the date of the last signature below.
2 Included services
Three custom flyers: each delivered in feed and Story formats, for six PNG/JPG exports total.
Six email campaigns: each includes a subject line, preheader, body copy, branded layout, shopping buttons, setup in Client's existing email platform, and a preview/test. Each campaign covers one broadcast. Scheduling occurs after Client's written approval.
One temporary webpage revamp: update one existing page with desktop/mobile styling, approved sale information, and links to the existing store. Includes one restoration of the regular page after the sale.
One custom polymailer design: front-and-back artwork for one size, a digital preview, and a print-ready PDF built to the printer's supplied specifications.
Three consolidated revision rounds: shared across the included designs, not three rounds per item. One round is one combined set of Client feedback on the submitted work.
3 Fee and payment schedule
The fixed package fee is $1,500 USD before applicable tax. The proposal lists a regular value of $2,170 and total savings of $670. Third-party costs are separate. No additional service fee will be charged without Client's written approval.
Payment amounts and due dates will be provided separately by CAIBrands LLC and agreed in writing. The selected package total is $1,500 USD before applicable tax.
4 Materials and responsibilities
Client will supply campaign videos, final photos, sale offers, product details, website/email access, brand assets, and printer specifications before production. Final creative direction, messaging, email topics, and content placement will be developed after Designer reviews the campaign videos. Video production and editing are not included.
Client is responsible for the accuracy of supplied prices, offers, product claims, inventory, policies, and customer lists, and for having permission to use supplied materials. Client will provide consolidated feedback and approve final copy, designs, links, email audience, send timing, and printer proofs in writing. Designer will implement approved materials with reasonable professional care and correct errors introduced by Designer without using a revision round.
5 Proposed schedule
October 2-7: package confirmation, material collection, and creative review. Remaining preparation dates will be adjusted to the actual start date.
October 8-9: prioritize polymailer approval and confirm printer template, proof, production schedule, and arrival timing before any print order.
October 12-23: produce included designs and complete revisions.
October 26-30: final approvals and testing of mobile display, relevant forms, shopping links, and email layouts.
November 2-4: approved birthday sale campaign. November 3 is the birthday milestone. Sale closes November 4 at 11:59 PM in the confirmed timezone.
After the sale: restore the regular webpage on the agreed date. Follow-up content must stay within package quantities.
The launch hour, closing timezone, and post-sale restoration date will be confirmed together in writing before publishing.
Preparation dates are targets dependent on timely materials, access, feedback, payment under the separately agreed payment schedule, and approvals. Delays require a revised schedule agreed in writing. No additional deliverables are created by the schedule. Designer will not publish, schedule a broadcast, or authorize a print order without Client's approval.
6 Exclusions and scope changes
Printing, shipping, platform/sending fees, video production/editing, a new logo suite, paid advertising, and prize funding are excluded. Extra designs, sizes, content variations, revision rounds, pages, and functionality require a separate written quote stating the price and schedule, accepted by Client before work begins. Printer delivery, email inbox placement, platform uptime, and sales results are not guaranteed.
7 Final files and usage rights
After full payment, Designer grants Client a perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and adapt the approved final deliverables for TouchedByMysty's business. Client retains ownership of supplied materials. Designer retains pre-existing tools, templates, unused concepts, and working/source files; source files are not included unless separately agreed. Third-party fonts, stock assets, and platform components remain subject to their own licenses. Designer will obtain written permission before using unpublished campaign work in a portfolio.
8 Confidentiality and access
Both parties will keep nonpublic business information and account credentials confidential, use them only for this project, and share them only with authorized people who need them to perform the work. Designer will use approved access methods, and Client may revoke access when services are complete. Required disclosures by law are permitted.
9 Pause or cancellation
Either party may request a pause or end the project by written notice. Before work begins, the parties will approve a written allocation of the $1,500 fee among deliverables for any partial cancellation. Client pays only for work completed under that allocation and approved noncancelable third-party costs; Designer provides an itemized accounting and refunds unearned payments within 14 days after the amount is agreed. There is no automatic forfeiture of all payments. Resuming paused work requires an agreed schedule. Each party will give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to address a material failure before ending the agreement for that failure.
10 Agreement and changes
This agreement states the selected package based on the four-page launch proposal prepared October 1, 2026. If the proposal conflicts with this agreement, this agreement controls. Changes to scope, fees, or dates must be agreed in writing by both parties. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. Both parties may sign electronically and retain a complete copy. Designer has authorized the typed signature below for this version. Client accepts this same agreement by completing and submitting the signature form.
11 Acceptance and signatures
By signing, each party accepts this agreement, including the package scope and proposed launch schedule, and confirms authority to sign in the stated capacity.
