Before You Complete the Additional Questions

I see you are filling out the website design form. This page is here to help you answer the additional questions clearly and completely so your project can move forward smoothly.

The more organized and specific your answers are, the better I can execute your website in a way that aligns with your brand, goals, and overall vision.

What This Part of the Form Is For

The additional questions are meant to help me understand how you want your homepage and website content structured. This includes what sections you want included, what content you already have prepared, and any features or custom requests you want considered in your design.

If you are unsure about certain answers, that is okay. Provide as much direction as you can, and I will use design judgment where needed to build a layout that is both strategic and visually aligned.

If you want a more custom homepage, you can mention things like:

Web Banner Text

You should provide the main text you want used on your website banners. This includes your homepage headline, promotional phrases, and any supporting subtext.

Important:

  • Provide your banner quotes in the order you want them used
  • Number them clearly if you are submitting more than one
  • Indicate which quote should appear at the top of the homepage

Images You Should Have Ready

Please have all relevant visual assets ready before submitting:

  • Logo files with transparent background
  • Brand photos
  • Product images
  • Model or lifestyle images
  • Banner images
  • Collection cover images (up to 5)
  • Before and after photos if applicable
  • Customer photos or videos if you want UGC included

Logo File Requirement

Logos should be uploaded with a transparent background whenever possible.

Preferred formats:

  • PNG with transparent background
  • SVG if available

Please do not submit:

  • Logos with white or solid background boxes
  • Screenshots of logos
  • Low-quality or blurry logo files

Reviews and Social Proof

If you want reviews, testimonials, or customer proof added to your website, you may provide them in any of the following formats:

  • CSV export of reviews
  • Spreadsheet
  • Document with copied reviews
  • Screenshots of customer feedback
  • Before and after photos
  • Customer photos or videos

Website Map or Layout Plan

If you already have a website map, homepage outline, or layout plan, you can upload that as well. This helps me understand how you want your content organized.

If you do not have one, that is completely fine. I can structure the layout based on the content and direction you provide.

Video on the Website

If you want a video added to your website, please note that the video itself should already be prepared unless video editing was purchased separately.

This part of the form is meant to reduce confusion and make sure your website is built with the right content, direction, and structure from the beginning.

Missing content, vague answers, or unorganized submissions may delay your project or limit what can be included in the design. Please answer as thoroughly as possible and upload all relevant materials in one organized submission.
