• Non-Refundable Services: All design project fees are dedicated to the intensive, creative work involved. Therefore, once a project has commenced, payments are non-refundable. This policy ensures our team can fully commit their time and resources to bringing your vision to life.
• Complimentary Revisions: Your satisfaction is our top priority. We include two to three (2-3) complimentary revision rounds with your project. This is our commitment to refining the design until it perfectly aligns with your goals.
• Additional Edits: Should you require further changes beyond the included revisions, any additional work will be billed at our standard hourly rate. We will always provide a quote for your approval before proceeding with extra edits.
